Sergeant Arnold Guerin has worked with the Saanich B.C. Police Department since 2000 and spent three years with the Child Abuse team.
In 2005 Arnold was selected to join the National Child Exploitation Coordination Centre (NCECC) in Ottawa. Arnold was seconded to implement the Child Exploitation Tracking System (CETS) in Canada. He led the Canadian implementation of CETS to be the largest in the world, and Arnold has assisted many other countries with their CETS deployments providing training and advice.
Arnold is now the Technology Manager at the NCECC. He is widely considered to be a world leader in this area and his ongoing efforts have ensured that CETS will help to keep children safe around the world for generations.
