Sergeant Arnold Guerin
Saanich Police Department, seconded to the National Child Exploitation Coordination Centre (NCECC) as the Technology Manager

Sergeant Arnold Guerin has worked with the Saanich B.C. Police Department since 2000 and spent three years with the Child Abuse team.

In 2005 Arnold was selected to join the National Child Exploitation Coordination Centre (NCECC) in Ottawa. Arnold was seconded to implement the Child Exploitation Tracking System (CETS) in Canada.
