Dr. Michael Seto, Ph.D., C. Pych.
Consultant to the Royal Ottawa Health Care Group's Integrated Forensic Program and is cross-appointed as an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto

Dr. Michael Seto has been involved with research and practice in sexual offending for 20 years. Recently he has focused on pedophilia, child pornography, and sexual offending against children. Much of this research has come from collaborations with law enforcement partners, including police services, probation & parole, and corrections.

Michael has presented and published extensively on these topics, as well as on risk assessment, program evaluation, and mentally disordered offenders. His recent book, Pedophilia and Sexual Offending Against Children: Theory, Assessment and Intervention has been very positively reviewed and he is currently beginning work on a new book, this time focusing on internet-facilitated sexual offending.
