ESAC offers a range of services including business and consumer research, government relations and a global anti-piracy program. Its members represent over 90% of the $765M in entertainment software sold in Canada in 2006.

As the chief spokesperson for the video game industry in Canada, Danielle also serves on the Board of Directors of the Kids’ Internet Safety Alliance (KINSA), the Canadian Advisory Committee to the Entertainment Software Rating Board, The Canadian Anti-Counterfeiting Network, the Manitoba Minister's Advisory Committee on Video Games and the Ontario Government's Video Game Industry Strategy committee.

Prior to joining ESAC, Danielle worked in corporate affairs for a major auto manufacturer after several years as a political aide to federal and provincial politicians in Ottawa, Toronto, Winnipeg and Victoria. In 2002, she was featured in Maclean's magazine as one of Canada's top 25 "Leaders of Tomorrow." She now resides with her husband in Toronto, Ontario.
