Earla-Kim McColl was the RCMP Officer in Charge of the National Child Exploitation Coordination Centre (NCECC).  The NCECC is the national clearing house and coordination centre for all international requests to conduct investigations in Canada related to online child exploitation.  The Centre works collaboratively with law enforcement partners in Canada and around the world to protect children against Internet child exploitation.  Ms. McColl is an ardent advocate for children and their universal protection.
