In 2007, HSBC designated KINSA as “its charity” for a corporate management challenge. HSBC branch managers embraced the challenge and raised tens of thousands of dollars which was matched dollar-for-dollar by HSBC corporate. These funds paid for the production and distribution of the Grossology comic book Web of Deception, reaching up to 1.2 million children through the 280,000 copies distributed through Canadian schools.
