Dr. Roberta Sinclair
Royal Canadian Mounted Police National Child Exploitation Coordination Centre Ottawa
Dr. Sinclair is a civilian member of the RCMP in their national headquarters in Ottawa. Her vision to help children evolved into the National Child Exploitation Coordination Centre that exists today. Today, Dr. Sinclair leads a research team that is helping develop prevention initiatives and improve investigative efforts by helping us to understand what makes a pedophile sexually abuses and exploits children.
