Warren has been a member of the Toronto Police Service for 20 years.  For the past six years, Warren has worked in the Child Exploitation Section where he has become a global expert in the analysis of child abuse images.  Warren developed many of the investigative methods that have become standard procedure throughout law enforcement agencies around the world.  Warren also trains law enforcement officers around the world in image analysis with the goal of identifying and rescuing children from abuse.  Warren’s resolve and dedication has resulted in rescue of 58 children.
